General Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry purchases are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or received.

Our products are wearable accessories that come into direct contact with skin. Returned items cannot be restocked or resold, and this policy helps us maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards for every customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Exceptions (Replacement Only)

We only provide replacement or resolution, not refunds, under the following situations:

  • Wrong item received
  • Item received is damaged or defective during delivery
  • Missing item in parcel

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at hello@immorae.com within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, together with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution where applicable. Morae reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.

Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.

  • Cancellation requests must be emailed to hello@immorae.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

If cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or preference after purchase
  • Opened, worn, or used items
  • Orders placed through third-party retailers
  • Requests made after the 48-hour notification window

Refund Method (For Approved Pre-Shipment Cancellations Only)

  • Online Bank Transfer: Refund credited within approximately 3–5 working days.
  • Credit / Debit Card: Refund processed back to the original card. Processing time depends on the issuing bank.
