A soft dry cloth is usually enough. For deeper cleaning, use warm water with mild soap and dry thoroughly. Avoid harsh chemicals.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been shipped or received, as our items are wearable accessories that come into direct contact with skin.

For orders with 3 items or more, your package will include a box with a few little extras — an alcohol wipe, polishing cloth, our small surprise, and a cute jewellery pouch.
For orders below 3 items, pieces will still be packed securely, just without the full gift set.
