Malaysia

  • West Malaysia: RM8 (Free shipping for orders above RM99)
  • East Malaysia: RM15 (Free shipping for orders above RM199)

Singapore

  • RM20 per 0.5KG
  • RM23 per 1KG
  • Free shipping for orders above RM299

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout where applicable.

Shipping Address

Orders will only be shipped to the billing or shipping address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and reachable.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only deliver to valid physical addresses.

Morae will not be liable for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Any re-delivery requested will incur additional shipping charges, which will be disclosed before resending.

Change of Shipping Address

If you need to amend your shipping address, please email hello@immorae.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Requests made after 24 hours from order confirmation may result in additional shipping charges and cannot always be guaranteed.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed and delivered within:

  • West Malaysia: 1–4 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days
  • Singapore: 5–7 working days

Deliveries are made during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather, or peak periods.

Tracking Number

Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, a tracking number will be provided via email, SMS, or messaging app. Customers may use this number to monitor delivery progress.

Non-Tangible / Digital Products

For non-physical items or services, confirmation of purchase, invoice, or receipt will be issued digitally via email or messaging platforms. No physical shipment will be arranged.

Liability

Morae is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs inspections, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in tracking and communication where possible.
